Welcome to T&C Seamless Events, formerly known as Butterfly Events & Wedding Planning. While our name is new, our commitment to you remains the same. Led by Tami Olson and her son, Caleb King, with support from Tami's husband, Ben, we are a close-knit team built on a foundation of over 27 years in the hospitality industry.

Meet our expert planners

Tami Olson

Owner / Planner
Tami has over 27 years in hospitality, working in events, catering, resorts, and restaurants. Having served in management roles at resorts across Minnesota with an emphasis on wedding and event planning, she has coordinated events ranging from small dinner parties to extravagant weddings to large conventions. Having an eye for detail, event setup, and vision, Tami is able to bring your event vision to life.

Caleb King

Owner / Coordinator
Caleb joined the team in the summer of 2023. He has extensive hospitality experience amongst being well-versed in weddings. When Caleb joined, he hit the ground running and was very quickly promoted to lead. He has an extreme eye for detail and is very knowledgeable, logistics-wise. When he's not coordinating events, Caleb enjoys spending time with his two boys, Zaydin and Miles, and enjoys the lakes, hiking, working out, and exploring everything nature.

Ben Olson

Officiant / Planner
Ben brings 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His expertise lies in large catering functions, conventions, trade shows, and galas. In addition, Ben has decades of experience in small meetings and boardroom events. Ben has vast knowledge of both Front Of the House and Back of the House operations. With his great eye for detail and phenomenal ability to execute logistics, he is a great addition to any event.

At T&C Seamless, we believe every event should feel effortless, unforgettable, and full of joy. What began as a simple opportunity to volunteer at a wedding with her future husband, Caleb, quickly grew into a lifelong passion for organization, problem-solving, and creating stress-free celebrations. Today, T&C Seamless plans and coordinates everything from weddings and birthdays to corporate and community events, focusing on every detail so you can focus on the moment. With professionalism, creativity, and genuine care, we make every occasion flow seamlessly, ensuring your celebration is as smooth and joyful as it is memorable. (And yes, her favorite movie really is The Wedding Planner.)
We offer full service wedding and event planning! We take on any event from a 5 person business meeting to 300 person weddings to 5000 attendee trade shows. We will plan and operate from start to finish, provide day of coordination, planning consultation or a tailored mix that fits your needs!
